Deposit and Payment
A deposit of $900 per person is required to secure your place in the Textures of Tuscany workshop. The remaining balance is due 90 days before the workshop begins. If you register within 90 days of the workshop start date, full payment is required at the time of registration.

For your convenience, we also accept credit card payments via Square, subject to a 3.5% processing fee. A payment link will be emailed to you once your registration is confirmed.
Please be aware that we reserve the right to consider your reservation canceled if the final payment is not received by the due date.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellations made 91 days or more before the workshop start date will be refunded in full, minus the $900 deposit.
Cancellations made 90 days or less before the start of the workshop will result in the loss of all payments received. However, if we are able to fill your spot, we will refund your fees minus a $250 rebooking fee.
Please note, exceptions to this policy cannot be made for any reason, including personal emergencies. Additionally, no refunds are given for early departures or late arrivals. Thank you for your understanding.
Davide Bigazzi Studio reserves the right to cancel a workshop in the event of unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, all payments will be refunded in full. However, we are not responsible for any losses related to non-refundable airfare or other travel expenses. For this reason, we highly recommend purchasing travel insurance.
Photo Release
Davide Bigazzi Studio may photograph workshop activities for promotional use in brochures and online publicity. If you prefer not to be included in any photographs, please let us know in advance.
