Information for Non-Participants

We warmly welcome non-participants to join us in the serene beauty of Tuscany, staying at our charming country villa while enjoying the workshop atmosphere.

Accommodations and Meals
Non-participants are invited to share a private room with a participant, complete with an ensuite bathroom. You’ll also enjoy breakfast and special dinners prepared by our talented chef, Stefania. These meals are an opportunity to gather with participants and savor authentic Tuscan cuisine, surrounded by stunning views.

Relax and Unwind
While participants are immersed in their jewelry-making workshop, non-participants can take advantage of the beautiful villa grounds. Relax by the sparkling pool, soak in the breathtaking scenery, or enjoy a peaceful stroll through the property and surrounding. The villa offers the perfect backdrop for unwinding and taking in the tranquil beauty of the Tuscan countryside.

Exploring Tuscany
Non-participants will need to arrange their own transportation, as the workshop’s van has limited space and therefore is reserved for participants only. We highly recommend renting a car, giving you the freedom to explore charming Tuscan villages, vineyards, and other local gems at your leisure.

Cost & Payment
The fee for non-participants is $1,400, which includes shared accommodations, breakfast, and dinner throughout the workshop. While no deposit is required, full payment is due 90 days before the workshop begins. Here is the payment link to pay by credit card.

RELEASE OF LIABILITY AND ASSUMPTION OF RISK AGREEMENT

RELEASE OF LIABILITY AND ASSUMPTION OF RISK AGREEMENT Textures of Tuscany Workshop – Non-Participant Guests PLEASE READ CAREFULLY BEFORE SIGNING. I, the undersigned, in consideration of being allowed to stay at the villa and use its amenities during the Textures of Tuscany workshop, agree to the following: 1. Acknowledgment of Risks I understand that my stay at the villa involves potential risks, including using the pool and property, which may lead to injury (e.g., slips, falls, drowning). I accept full responsibility for my safety and the risks involved. 2. Release of Liability I release Davide Bigazzi, Davide Bigazzi Studio, and the Textures of Tuscany workshop from all claims or liabilities, including those arising from negligence, related to my stay and use of the villa’s facilities. This includes, but is not limited to, any transportation not provided by the workshop. 3. Non-Participant Status I understand I am not participating in the official workshop activities, classes, or tours, and my role is limited to sharing accommodations, meals, and using the villa’s facilities. 4. Personal Responsibility I am responsible for my transportation and my personal belongings during the stay. The organizers are not liable for any loss, theft, or damage. 5. Medical Consent In the event of an emergency, I consent to medical treatment if needed and agree that I am responsible for any associated costs. 6. Governing Law This agreement is governed by the laws of Italy. Any disputes will be resolved under Italian law.
